Referral Program
Who can participate: Anyone can join our Referral Program. Simply fill out the form and you’re all set!
How it works: If you refer a suitable candidate for an open job position (https://jobs.datacruit.com/en/offers/?fullText=it+match), and this candidate is successfully hired by one of our clients and remains with the client for at least 3 months, you will receive a financial reward.
Suitable candidate: The candidate must be qualified and suitable for the position they are applying for. A suitable candidate is one who meets the required criteria (see open positions above). Please send potential candidate information (their CV + any additional details) to skrobakova@itmatch.com.
Reward: For each successfully placed candidate who stays on the project for at least 3 months, you will receive 1000 EUR for a senior candidate (a candidate with 5+ years of work experience), 500 EUR for a mid-level candidate (3-5 years of work experience), and 250 EUR for a junior candidate (less than 3 years of work experience).
The amounts stated are in gross pay.
