Discovery stage
Our team is here to turn your idea/desire/want or need into a physical, existing product, app, or software that people will be able to use or benefit from.
During the initial or exploration stage, we establish your need, your idea, your vision, and the purpose you have in mind. Then our experts get to work on the early product roadmap, mock-ups, and early design interactions, gather early feedback and discuss that all with you as the client to be as aligned as possible.
We have a team filled with experts using the latest technology that will guide you, provide advice, consult, develop, test, adjust and answer every question in the process.
Creation stage
This stage is focused on creating the guts of the product - its features and functionalities. Besides that also the roadmap, but this time a lot more detailed unlike in the explore stage.
The features and functionalities are then released while focussing on what the client’s priorities at each “release” stage are.
The real-world stage
Nearing the finish line. We start introducing the product to the end-users, and the business stakeholders and ask them to engage with it and test it in the “real world environment”.
We ask for their feedback, experiences, and suggestions on improvements they may have.
Then the work continues on implementing them while aiming to release them with the next round of user testing & feedback.
The continuous support stage
Even though we’ve reached the end of the product development, user & quality testing and we have given the final product to the end client, we have certainly not reached the end of the process and cooperation.
Every product needs some kind of support that goes along with its development and handoff, constant updates, training of new users on how to best utilize all of its features, and handing the entire knowledge base behind the end product to the client and its team.
The client can also count on regular service and ongoing maintenance as part of the product development.
